Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item defective, damaged, or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.


The most efficient way to get the item you desire is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. But at this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
